摘要
营口港是东北地区第二大港口,随着港口的发展,到港船舶量大幅增长,《营口港总体规划》确定的鲅鱼圈港区南部作业区五港池需要进行规划调整。五港池调整的重点是五港池口门通航水域的扩展及五港池宽度的增加。
Yingkou Port is the second largest port in northeast China. With the development of the port,the number of ships entering Yingkou port increases significantly. Therefore,the planning and adjustment must be carried out for No.5 basin in the southern operation area of BaYuQuan harbor,which has been defined in Overall Planning of Yingkou Port. The adjustment will focus on the expansion of navigable water area at the entrance of No. 5 basin and the increase of the basin width.
