摘要
石油开采及冶炼废水中的环烷酸进入水环境中将严重影响水环境质量,对水生生物造成毒害,准确快速地检测其含量可为其监控提供基础数据。本研究利用固相萃取( SPE)法从水中萃取环烷酸,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用法( GC-MS)对样品中的环烷酸进行定量定性检测。结果表明本检测方法对浓度在10~30 mg/L范围内的环己基甲酸、环己基乙酸、环己基丙酸、环己基丁酸的回收率在80%~120%之间。环烷酸水溶液的pH值对其回收率影响较小,酸性条件下的环烷酸回收率几乎无改变,碱性条件下的环烷酸回收率略有降低。
Naphthenic acids ( NAs) in produced water and petrochemical wastewater issuing into water environment had negative influence on water quality and aquatic lives , thus it was necessary to develop methods to detect NAs.This research employed solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography -mass spectrometer (GC-MS) to analyze NAs in water quantitatively and qualitatively.The results indicated that the recoveries for 4 model NAs-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid, cyclohexaneacetic acid , cyclohecanepropanoic acid and cyclohexanebutanoic acid in the concentration range of 10~30 mg/L were 80%~120%.pH of the water had little impact on NAs recovery.NAs recovery under acid condition had almost no change , and under basic condition its recovery declined slightly.
