摘要
为客观地了解与评价我国体育电子政务信息资源的建设情况,研究构建了体育电子政务信息资源建设的网络影响力评价指标,利用webzip7.0整站下载工具、webstat专用解析链接软件eclipse、Alta Vista搜索引擎对我国市、省一级体育政府门户网站的网络影响力进行计量分析。研究发现:各省市体育局门户网站之间的信息资源建设之间的差距较大;电子政务的主要载体——体育局门户网站的信息含量还有待提高,还可以进一步挖掘体育信息资源的揭示深度;中、东、西部三个地域之间的网络影响力差异显著性并不明显。
To known and evaluation the construction of sports e-government information resources objectively,this article utilize webzip7.0 whole station download tool,webstat dedicated parse links software eclipse,the Alta Vista search engine to build e-government information resources construction of sports networks influence evaluation and the index system of our city,the provincial government portal of a sports network influence econometric analysis.We can get such results：there is a wide gap in sports e-government information resources construction situation;Government Sport Bureau website link frequency is not very high and website information content is not big enough;different regions of China Sports Electronic significant difference does not have the network between the influence of the government information resources.
