摘要
在地方本科高校向职业教育体系的应用技术大学转型进入操作层面的当下,厘清转型发展过程的关键问题,制定制度并加以落实,是实现成功转型的关键。可通过办学定位的切实落实、人才培养模式的重构落实及产教融合的深度落实的"三落实"来实现"三对接"(专业设置与产业需求的对接、课程内容与职业标准的对接、教学过程与生产过程的对接),以具体的举措来持续推动地方高校向应用技术大学的成功转型。
Newly-built local colleges transforming to universities of applied technology in vocational education system is about to enter operation level. Under such circumstance, clarifying the vital issues in the transformation development process, formulating systems and implementing them are the key to realizing successful transformation. Sanming University realizes ＂triple butt＂ （the butt between specialty provision and industry demand, course content and professional standard, teaching process and production process） through ＂triple implementation＂ （feasible implementation of school-running orientation, reconstitution implementation of talents cultivation mode, deep implementation of the fusion between production and education）, and continues to propel itself transforming to universities of applied technology by specific measures.
