摘要
采用SPAD叶绿素测定仪测定了不同坡度、坡位和坡向的高节竹(Phyllostachys prominens)1~3年生立竹的叶片叶绿素值,研究主要环境因子对高节竹叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:随立竹年龄的增大,高节竹叶片叶绿素值总体呈升高趋势,2、3年生立竹叶片叶绿素含量显著高于1年生立竹;坡度对上坡位、中坡位2、3年生立竹的叶片叶绿素值影响明显,而对1年生立竹和下坡位立竹影响并不明显,总体上随坡度的增大叶片叶绿素值减小;随坡位的升高,叶片叶绿素值总体呈下降趋势,坡位对1年生立竹的叶片叶绿素值影响不明显,对2、3年生立竹的叶片叶绿素值的影响随坡位的升高而趋于显著;阳坡立竹的叶片叶绿素值总体上高于阴坡,坡向对1年生立竹的叶片叶绿素值无明显影响,但对2、3年生立竹总体上有显著影响。说明坡向、坡度、坡位主要影响2、3年生立竹的叶片叶绿素值,宜选择缓坡地和陡坡地阳坡面的下坡位进行高节竹林高效栽培。
Chlorophyll value was measured by SPAD Chlorophyll Meter in leaves of 1 - 3-yearPhyllostachys prominens under different site conditions in Fuyang, Zhejiang province. The results showed that chlorophyll value increased with age, and that in leaves of 2- 3-year bamboo was significantly higher than that of 1-year bamboo. chlorophyll value decreased increase of the slope degree, and which played a dominant role on 2-3-year bamboo from upper and middle slope position, and had little impact on 1-3-year at bottom. There was no significant difference of chlorophyll value in 1-year bamboo among slope positions, and difference of that in 2-3-ayear bamboo tended. Chlorophyll value in 1-3-year bamboo leaves from bamboo forest at sunny slope was higher than that of shady one, and there was significant difference on 2-3a-year-old bamboo leaves between sunny slop and shady slope, but no significant difference among 1-year bamboo.
