9种耐荫观赏植物对室内甲醛污染生理抗性比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 甲醛作为室内三大隐形杀手之一,已严重威胁到现代人的健康与生命安全。植物对污染抗性的强弱决定了植物净化修复污染能力是否能正常持续、稳定有效地发挥。通过对植物抗室内甲醛污染生理抗性的比较研究,探讨了耐荫观赏植物抗室内甲醛污染的强弱,为筛选出修复室内甲醛污染的植物提供理论依据。采用密闭熏气法对9种常用耐荫观赏植物进行不同浓度甲醛胁迫实验,测定9种植物的叶绿素含量、细胞原生质膜透性和丙二醛含量变化,并运用灰色关联度分析方法和基于模糊数学的隶属函数值法综合评价了9种植物抗甲醛污染能力大小。结果表明:在1、2和3 mg/m^3甲醛浓度的胁迫下,细胞原生质膜透性与植物抗甲醛能力的关联最紧密,9种植物抗甲醛污染能力大小的顺序为:白鹤芋>绿萝>富贵竹>金边虎尾兰>银边吊兰>金葛绿萝>银心吊兰>金边吊兰>吊兰。 Indoor formaldehyde which is one of the three indoor invisible killers has badly threatened the health and life safety of modem people. The strength of the plant resistance to pollution determines whether the purification pollution ability of plants can be normally and effectively exerted. By doing the comparative research on physiological resistance of plants to indoor formaldehyde pollution, the study probes into the capacity for resistance of shade ornamental plants to indoor formaldehyde pollution in order to offer theoretical evidence to select plants of rehabilitating indoor formaldehyde pollution. Airtight fumigation method is used to do stressful experiment with different concentrations of formaldehyde treating nine common kinds of ornamental plants, then changes in chlorophyll content, cell plasma membrane permeability and MDA content of nine species are measured, and the capacity of 9 species resistance to formaldehyde pollution is evaluated comprehensively by analyzing grey incidence degree and subordinate function values based on fuzzy mathematics. The results show that under the stress of 1, 2 and 3mg/m3 concentration of formaldehyde, the cell plasma membrane permeability are most closely associated with the ability of resistance to formaldehyde, and the resistance capability of nine species to formaldehyde pollution is listed as follows, Spathiphyllum floribundum 〉 Epipremnum aureum 〉 Dracaena sanderiana 〉 Sansevieria trifasciata var. laurentii 〉 Chlorophytum comosum var. marginatum 〉 Epipremnum aureum var. Golden Pothos 〉 Chlorophytum comosum var. Vittatum 〉 Chlorophytum comosum var. variegatum 〉 Chlorophytum comosum.
