摘要
目的:总结精神类药品所引起的药品不良反应及其规律,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对200例精神类药品所引起的不良反应进行统计、分析。结果:200例不良反应主要分布在20-40岁年龄组,累及神经系统、代谢与内分泌系统、消化系统等8类器官或系统,其中以神经系统的锥体外系反应最为高发。结论:精神类药品发生的不良反应非常广泛,应加强其临床监测,加快推进药品的合理应用。
Objective：To summarize adverse drug reactions caused by psychiatric drugs in our hospital, and to find out their regularities, in order to promote rational use of the drug. Methods：The 200 adverse drug reactions induced by the psychiatric drugs from April 2011 to June 2013 were collected for a statistical analysis. Results： The ages between 20 and 40 years old were susceptible to the 200 adverse drug reactions. There were totally 8 tissues or systems involved, including nervous system, metabolism and endocrine system, digestive apparatus and so on. Extrapyramidal reaction was one of the most prevalent adverse drug reactions in a11. Conelusions： The adverse drug reactions are found frequently during taking the psychiatric drugs. Therefore, in order to promote the ra- tional use of drug in clinic, clinical monitoring should be enforced in our hospital.
