在开放的国内和国际市场环境下 ,比较优势决定生产的地区布局 ,也决定贸易结构和方向。因此 ,认识中国农业真实的比较优势将有助于政府采取合理的措施促进生产结构和贸易结构合理化 ,也可以提高资源的配置效率。
Under the circumstance of an open domestic and international market, comparative advantages determine the regional distribution of production, and also decide the structure and orientation of trade. Therefore, an objective realization of China's comparative advantages in agriculture can help the government take reasonable measures in achieving the perfection of production and trade structures, and thus improve the efficiency of resource allocation.
