摘要
目的:探讨应用必兰行下颌前牙区治疗麻醉效果。方法:对141例下颌前牙区牙髓病治疗及拔牙手术中应用必兰行骨膜上浸润麻醉,认真观察、记录麻醉效果。结果:141例患者麻醉效果优、良达98.58%,有效率100%。结论:在实施下颌前牙区治疗时,应用必兰行骨膜上浸润麻醉,效果显著,定位准确,操作方便,并发症少,术野清晰。
Objective：To explore the application of articaine for mandibular anterior teeth anesthesia effect of treatment. Methods：141 cases of mandibular anterior teeth＇ s dental pulp disease treatment and extraction operation in application of articaine for supraperiosteal infiltration anesthesia, careful observation, recording the anesthetic effect. Results：in 141 cases, good effect and anesthesia was 98.58%, efficiency 100%. Conclusion：in the implementation of a mandibular treatment, application of artieaine for supraperiosteal infiltration anesthesia, effective, accurate positioning, convenient operation, less complications, clear operation field.
