NT-proBNP、hs-CRP和同型半胱氨酸对诊断2型糖尿病合并冠心病的意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨联合测定N-端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)三种心肌损伤标志物对2型糖尿病合并冠心病的早期诊断价值。方法正常对照组40例、2型糖尿病患者40例、2型糖尿病合并冠心病组85例均检测NT-proBNP、Hcy和hs-CRP,并对结果统计分析。结果①T2DM-CHD组NT-proBNP、Hcy和hsCRP水平与正常对照组及T2DM比较均显著升高(P<0.05)。②三种指标单项检测NT-proBNP、Hcy和hs-CRP预测CHD的敏感性分别为70.2%、67.3%、69.8%,特异性为78.5%、79.1%、70.2%。③三种指标联合检测可将特异性提高到90.0%。结论 NT-proBNP、Hcy和hs-CRP检测水平在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中明显升高,且联合检测可提高特异性,有助于2型糖尿病合并冠心病的诊断、治疗及风险评估。
