摘要
针对单柱立式车床立柱和工作台底座加工要求高、装配劳动强度大、精度调整困难等问题,提出了减摩涂层注射定位的工艺方法。介绍了减摩涂层注射的操作方法与流程,通过检验证明了这种工艺的可行性和优越性,不但实现了定位功能,同时缩短了装配周期,更加适合现代批量化生产。
Aiming at the processing requirements of the single-column lathe column and table base,the assembly labor intensity,precision adjustment difficulties,and so on,the process method of injection location of low friction coating is put forward.The operation method and process of low friction coating injection are introduced,the feasibility and advantage of this process method has been proved by test,the location function is realized,and the assembly cycle is shortened the time,which is more suitable for modern mass production.
