摘要
Compared with the large sized enterprises,the small and medium sized enterprises have the characteristics of small scale,low management level,fragile fund basis and low capacity to resist business risk and external impact.Starting with the problems faced by the small and medium sized enterprises in modern competition and informatization process,this paper explores the concrete policies and measures the small and medium sized enterprises should adopt in the informatization construction.
