摘要
鱼尼汀受体类杀虫剂由于其独特作用机制而被广泛应用,其抗性风险也逐步增加。解毒酶的作用并非鱼尼汀受体类杀虫剂的抗性机制的主要原因,不同害虫鱼尼汀受体的相关基因的变化可能与其有关。概述了氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺等药剂为代表的鱼尼汀类杀虫剂抗性选育、抗性监测、抗性机理和抗性治理等方面的研究进展。
The ryanodine receptor insecticides which has unique mode of action are widely applied in China, and the resistance risk is increasing now. The RyRs relevant gene changed, but not the detoxifying enzymes, may be mainly involved in resistance mechanism of ryanodine receptor insecticides, Current research and development of insect resistance selection, resistance monitoring, resistance mechanism and resistance management to chlorantraniliprole and flubendiamide were reviewed in this article.
