摘要
目的：测定桑叶、桑椹、桑枝、桑白皮中总黄酮的含量。方法：以桑辛素为对照品,采用分光光度法测定桑叶、桑椹、桑枝、桑白皮95%乙醇提取物及乙醇提取后水提取物中总黄酮的含量。结果：桑辛素的质量浓度在0.025-0.050 mg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈1%。桑叶、桑椹、桑枝、桑白皮95%乙醇提取物中总黄酮的质量分数分别为13.60%、7.19%、10.53%、18.38%,乙醇提取后水提取物中总黄酮的质量分数分别为0.26%、0.60%、0.40%、0.01%。结论：桑白皮中黄酮类成分质量分数最高,有效部分为乙醇提取物。
