摘要
用 2× 3因子试验设计 ,研究饲料粉碎粒度和调质温度对仔猪生长和消化的影响。试验结果 :(1)随着饲料粉碎粒度的下降 ,粉碎机产量快速下降 ,电耗急剧上升。 (2 )饲料粉碎粒度下降 ,制粒入模温度提高 ,使颗粒饲料淀粉糊化度提高 ,粉化率下降。 (3)饲料粉碎粒度为 6 80 μm、制粒入模温度为 6 5℃时 ,颗粒饲料的质量较好 ,仔猪的日增重达到最大 ,营养物质消化率也达到较高水平。
crossbred piglets were randomly assigned to particle size and conditioning temperature of mash. The treatments were done in a 2×3 factorial arrangement i.e. two temperature levels of conditioning ( 65 ℃ and 80 ℃ ) with three particle sizes. The results were as follows: (1) The output of a grinder reduced and its power consumption increased with the mash particle reduced; (2) The starch gelatinization of pellets increased and powder percentage decreased as a consequence of reduced particle size and increased conditioning temperature; (3)The pellet quality was bettered, and the average daily gain (ADG) of the piglets and the digestibility of nutrients were the highest when mash particle size was 680μ and the conditioning temperature was 65 ℃ .
