单孔胸腔镜下T_3交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨单孔胸腔镜下T3交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症的可行性及安全性。方法该科于2012年10月至2013年6月对21例原发性手汗症患者采用单孔胸腔镜下T3交感神经链切断术治疗,其中,中度15例,重度6例,伴足汗16例,伴腋汗11例。患者均在全身麻醉下经腋中线第4肋间切口进胸,胸腔镜下切断T3交感神经链。结果 21例患者均顺利完成手术,术后症状消失,单侧手术时间(6.3±2.4)min,无术中大出血、中转开胸,术后住院时间(1.3±0.2)d,2例患者术后出现代偿性多汗。结论单孔胸腔镜下T3交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症安全、可行。
