摘要
目的:探讨医院信息系统切换的准备工作及实施过程,为系统切换提供实践指导。方法:从组织准备、数据整理、操作培训、软硬件配置、应急预案、后续维护等方面入手,完成医院新旧信息系统的切换。结果:在充分的前期准备及后续支持到位的保障下,本次系统切换顺利完成,医院整体业务平稳过渡。结论:医院信息系统切换是一项复杂的工作,稍有不慎将导致切换失败,若在前期能参考其他医院的经验并结合本单位的实际情况进行充分准备,实施过程中沉着应对,即可切换成功。
Objective To explore the preparation and implementation of the switching of hospital information system （HIS）. Methods The switching of the original HIS and new one was discussed from the aspects of organization, data integration, operation training, software ＆ hardware configuration, emergency plan and follow-up maintenance.Results The switching was completed successfully with early preparation and following support. Conclusion The switching of HIS can be realized by considering the experience of other hospitals and the reality of the very hospital.
