复发的原发性脑膜黑色素细胞瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 原发性脑膜黑色素细胞瘤（primary meningeal melanocytoma）是一种罕见的颅内肿瘤。本病发病率极低，临床及影像学表现缺乏特异性，误诊率高，一般为良性但不易全切，术后复发率较高，且复发后有恶变倾向。我科收治1例术后3y复发者，再次手术后8个月二次复发，现结合文献报道如下。
