摘要
在传统带隙结构基础上,实现了一种适用于13.56MHz无源RFID标签芯片的带隙基准电压源。电路设计采用SMIC 0.18/μm混合信号CMOS工艺实现,测试结果显示,电源电压输入范围在4.0~11.0V时,基准源输出电压为1.165±0.004V,7V电源电压、-40~100℃温度范围内,温漂系数为18.3×10-6℃,启动时间为6.8μs。
A band-gap reference for 13.56 MHz passive RFID tag IC is realized based on the traditional band-gap voltage reference structure. This circuit is fabricated by using SMIC 0. 18 /μm CMOS mix-signal technology. When the supply voltage ranges from 4.0 V to 11.0 V, the output voltage is 1. 165 ± 0. 004 V. Within the temperature range of -40-100 ℃ and under the supply voltage of 7 V, the temperature coefficient is 18.3× 10-6℃ and the start-up time of the band-gap is 6.8 μs.
