摘要
分析了水利工程施工阶段质量控制的特点和要素,对参建各方提出相应的措施强化施工全过程的质量控制,坚持质量第一、预防为主、强制标准的原则,建立施工单位保证、监理单位控制、政府部门监督的质量管理体系,保证水利工程建设的预期目标和效益。
This article analyzes the characteristics and elements of the quality control of hydraulic engineering in the construction phase, and raises some measures for strengthening the quality control in the whole process of the construction accordingly from the perspectives of all construction parties in order to ensure the profits of the expected goal of the hydraulic engineering as follows： adhering to the principles of putting quality at first, putting stress on prevention and following mandatory standard, and establishing a management system guaranteed by the construction party, controlled by the supervising unit and supervised by the government.
