摘要
建国以来长江流域地区发展规划的演变历经了三个阶段,呈现出目标导向转移、体现可持续发展、重视区域和部门协作等显著特征。未来长江流域地区发展规划编制工作应充实规划体系、整合健全组织机构、完善法律法规、推动信息公开和强化生态文明理念。
The evolution of the regional planning in the Yangtze River basin showed characteristics such as goal-oriented transfer, characteristics of sustainable development and regional and sectoral collaboration. The development of the Yangtze River basin planning work in the future should enrich the planning system, integrating sound organization, improve laws and regulations, and promote information disclosure and strengthening the concept of ecological civilization.
