以腹水为主要表现的嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎2例分析 被引量：1

摘要 病例 1,患者男性,31岁,主因“下腹胀痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻14d”收入院. 1 病程情况 1.1 现病史 患者14 d前食用海产品后出现脐周痉挛性疼痛,伴有恶心、呕吐、腹泻,曾自服盐酸小檗碱片、吡哌酸、胃复安等药物,症状无明显减轻.入院前2d腹泻次数增多,平均每日4～6次不等,便质稀,不成形,为黄色稀水样便,为求进一步诊治收住院.
