摘要
民办高等教育在发展过程中面临诸多困境,如产权不明、定位特色不清、大学适龄人数减少等主客观多方面困境,为实现民办高等教育的可持续发展,需要进一步完善落实相关法律法规,加强政府投入,构建学校新体系,紧抓学校招生情况,落实民办与公办教育师生平等的待遇。
In the development process, private higher education is facing many difficulties, such as unclear property right, unclear positioning characteristics, ete subjective and objective aspects, such as decline in college-age predicament, to achieve the sustainable development of private higher education, we need to further improve the implementation of the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the government investment, build a new system of school, clutch the recruit student condition and implement the equal treatment of teachers and students of civilian-run and state-run education.
