摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者氧化应激反应与血脂代谢紊乱的关系。方法通过测定66例2型糖尿病患者、60例2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者和34例健康体检者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及血脂,分析2型糖尿病血脂异常对氧化应激各指标的影响。结果与健康对照组相比,2型糖尿病组和2型糖尿病伴高脂血症组患者血清SOD和GSH-Px活性均显著降低、MDA水平显著升高(P<0.05);与2型糖尿病组相比,2型糖尿病高脂血症患者具有更低的SOD和GSH-Px活性和更高的MDA水平(P<0.05)。结论血脂代谢紊乱加重2型糖尿病患者氧化应激程度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the indexes levels of oxidative stress and dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus. Methods A total of 66 pa- tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,60 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia and 34 normal controls were subjected. The serum activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondialdehyde (MDA), as well as the profiles of lipidemia were detected respectively. Results Compared with normal control, the activities of serum SOD and GSH-Px were decreased in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus, and the serum level of MDA was increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with type 2 diabetic patients without hyperlipidemia, the serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased significantly in patients with type 2 diabetic patiants with hyperlipidemia, whereas the serum level of MDA was increased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Dyslipidemia may aggravate oxidative stress degree in type 2 diabetic patients.
