结构与功能磁共振成像诊断轻度认知功能障碍的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 随着世界人口老龄化加速,轻度认知功能障碍的发病率逐年增加,早期诊断此病对延缓病情进展、提高患者生活质量有着极为重要的意义。现综述近年来结构MRI和fMRI(BOLD、DWI、DTI、PWI、MRS、SWI等)在轻度认知功能障碍研究中的应用现状,旨在为其早期临床诊断和治疗提供参考。
