摘要 介绍了高等植物中谷氨酰胺合成酶及其同工酶的分布及亚细胞定位、生理功能及其基因的研究进展 ;同时还简要介绍了谷氨酸脱氢酶。 The occurrence and distribution , physiological function and gene of glutamine synthetase (GS) and its isozymes in higher plants were reviewed in this article .The distribution and physiological role of glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) and glutamate synthase(GOGAT) were surveyed as well.
