摘要
目的探讨骨化性颅骨骨膜下血肿的CT表现。方法回顾性分析15例骨化性颅骨骨膜下血肿的CT资料。结果 15例中,单侧14例,双侧1例,共16个血肿,15个血肿位于顶骨,1个位于枕骨。CT表现为紧贴颅外板的新月形软组织密度影,外缘见弧形骨化,不跨越颅缝。结论骨化性颅骨骨膜下血肿具有特征性表现,CT可作出正确诊断。
Objective To evaluate the CT features of ossified subperiosteal hematoma of cranial bone. Meth-ods CT manifestations of 15 cases with ossified subperiosteal hematoma of cranial bone were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results There were 16 ossified subperiosteal hematoma in the 15 cases including 14 cases located unilaterally and 1 case bilaterally. Fifteen were located on parietal bone, 1 was located on occipital bone. CT showed as crescent-shaped hyper-dense shadow with shell or hill like calcified edge. The swollen part broadly attached to the outer plate of cranial bone and did not overstep the cranial sutures. Conclusion CT findings for ossified subperiosteal hematoma of cranial bone are specific, which may be helpful for confirming the diagnosis.
