摘要
目的 科学、合理地在医疗设备招标活动中评标.方法 在医疗设备招标中应用层次分析法确定评价指标的相对权重数,建立评标评价体系,运用模糊综合评判方法进行评标.结果 模糊综合评判方法将医疗设备评标中的定性问题定量化解决,评标更加科学、合理.结论 通过实例应用,体现了医疗设备评标方法的科学性、合理性和准确性,具有实际指导意义.
Objective To evaluate the medical instruments in a scientific and rational fashion.Methods Analytic hierarchy process （AHP） was used to determine the relative weights of evaluation index upon decisions to purchase the medical instruments.This entailed establishment of the evaluation system by using fuzzy comprehensive assessment algorithm.Results Fuzzy mathematic algorithms yielded more scientific and rational outcomes of quantification when solving the qualitative issues.Conclusion The application of the aforementioned algorithm demonstrates rationality and accuracy,and therefore is considered as having practical instructive significance.
