摘要
国有商业经济效益低下的主要原因是企业改革不到位，经营管理水平不能适应现代市场发展的要求。因此，国有商业应加速建立现代企业制度，切实构建国有商业追求经济效益的体制基础；通过资产重组实现规模化经营，获取规模效益；重视与研究消费需求的变化、更新，调整商业营销方式和结构；加快科技进步；增强国有商业竞争力；优化人员结构，提高企业素质。
The main causes of low economic efficiency in state -- owned commerce is the stagnancy of the enterprise reform and the situation of operation and management can't adapt the demand for the development of the modern market. Thus the state -- owned commercial enterprises should increase the step to establish the modern enterprise system, really shape the system basis for the state -- owned commerce to increase its economic efficiency; realize the scale of operation through asset rearrangement to obtain the scale of efficiency; research and value the change and renewal of consume demand, adjust the methods and structure of the commerce marketing; increase the technology advance; enforce the competitiveness of the state -- owned commerce; optimize the employee composition, highlight the business capability.
