摘要
目的:探讨化疗灌注结合益气活血汤在中晚期膀胱癌治疗中的效果。方法:将180例中晚期膀胱癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各90例,所有患者均给予双侧髂内动脉化疗灌注治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用益气活血汤口服治疗。结果:所有患者治疗后出院,治疗组的心理、独立性、社会关系和环境维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的1年生存率为98.9%,对照组为91.1%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞值对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后治疗组的CD4+与NK细胞值明显上升(P<0.05),CD8+值明显下降,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化疗灌注结合益气活血汤应用于中晚期膀胱癌的治疗能促进患者康复,提高患者生存率,这可能与有效改善免疫状态有关。
Objective： To explore the effects of irrigation chemotherapy combined with Qi-invigorating and blood-activating decoction in treating bladder cancer at moderate and advanced stages. Methods： All 180 patients were randomly separated into the treatment group and the control group, 90 cases each group. All the patients were administered with internal iliac artery irrigation chemotherapy bilaterally, the treatment group took Qi-invigorating and blood-activating decoction. Results：When all the patients were discharged, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in the psychology, independence, social relationship and the environment （P〈0.05）. One-year survival rate of the treatment group was 98.9%, higher than 91.1% of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The difference had no statistical meaning before treating in CD4＋, CD8＋and NK cell values, after treating, CD4＋and NK cell values of the treatment group were raised obviously （P〈0.05）, CD8＋was decreased remarkably, the comparison between both groups presented statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion：Irrigation chemotherapy combined with Qi-invigorating and blood-activating decoction applied to bladder cancer at moderate and advanced stages could promote the recovery of the patients, lift survival rate of the patients, which might be related to effective improvement of immunity.
