摘要
建立了维生素C中乙二醇残留的检测方法,此方法在检验中有很好的系统适用性、线性关系和精密度,样品回收率偏高,但能准确检测出维生素C产品中是否含有乙二醇。此方法适用于监测维生素C生产工程中是否发生乙二醇的泄露。
A method for the detection of ethylene glycol residues in vitamin C, this method has a good system suitability, linearity and precision, high sample recovery in the test, but it can accurately detect whether a product contains ethylene glycol in vitamin C.
