摘要
２１世纪，创造性人才已成为社会发展的急需。要培养创造性的人才，必须从更新人 才培养的观念入手，倡导创造力教育。本文通过对创造力教育的意义的分析，提出了创造 性人才培养的几点设想。
In the 21st Century, there is increasingly urgent need for talented personnel with creativity for social development. To educate such personnel, it is imperative to start off by updating our idea of talent training and advocate the education of creativity. On the basis of an analysis of the significance of education of creativity, some concepts of creativity education are put forward in this paper.
