摘要
近年来,随着国际邮轮外派市场的火热,众多的国际邮轮企业纷纷来华招收邮轮乘务人才。一方面,相对于国内高职毕业生的工资,国际邮轮确实有一定的竞争力;另一方面,由于国内外的宗教文化背景不同,国际邮轮企业在管理模式和人际沟通上与国内传统认知相差甚远,使不少外派人员产生各种心理问题。本文通过探讨双因素理论在国际邮轮乘务人员的管理中的应用,尝试解决企业和外派人员之间的磨合问题。
In recent years, with the internationalcruise market fiery expatriates, many companies have come to China to recruit international cruise ship crew personnel. On the one hand, vocational graduates relarive to the wages of domestic and international cruise does have a certain competitiveness, on the other hand, due to the different religious and cultural backgrounds and abroad, international cruise companies with domestic traditional knowledge on management andinterpersonal communication far, so many expatriates to produce a variety of psychological problems. This paper discussed the two-factor theory in managing international crew of the cruise, try to solve theteething problems between businesses and expatriates.
