作为我国多层次资本市场的塔基——新三板,从建立到扩容至全国,机制和制度不断的完善,为中小企业融资问题提供了很好的渠道。本文主要分析了新三板的发展历史、现状以及中小企业发展过程中遇到最大的瓶颈——融资问题,中小企业目前融资的特点和新三板给中小企业融资带来的机遇和挑战。
