摘要 以我国军用飞机线束研制为背景,应用本体技术针对设计与制造的协同方法展开研究。针对飞机线束工程更改频繁的特点,以及不同机型对相同工艺知识共享的需求,总结了研制过程中一致性校验知识、元器件适配知识和制造工艺知识,采用本体模型、SWRL规则工艺知识表达和描述,通过基于规则和约束的本体推理、本体映射等知识管理方法的研究,实现了设计和工艺之间的产品数据一致性验证以及知识集成方法,提高了产品并行研制效率。 Harness design and process play an important role an its manufacturing and even aircraft assembling. Collaboration between design and process department is required in harness manufacturing, so ontology-based cooperation method is researched based on the ground of military aircrafts development. Aiming at frequent engineering change of harness and process knowledge sharing among different aircraft type, consistency inspection, components adaption and manufacture process are summarized. Knowledge management methods including ontology modeling, SWRL rules, on-tology mapping and reasoning are applied to realize the consistency description and product data in-tegration between design and process, the efficiency and accuracy of concurrent development are improved.
