摘要
通过对影响常压储罐底板漏磁检测可靠性的因素进行研究,希望能帮助业主及检测人员充分理解限制因素从而能够对于漏磁检测技术的局限性有更深刻的认识,只要合理应用漏磁检测技术并且充分理解其局限性,加上漏磁检测技术的可靠、快速没有任何其它技术可以比拟,那么储罐底板漏磁检测技术仍然是一种高效、较高精度的针对底板腐蚀减薄状况进行检测的面扫查技术,并且正逐渐应用于立式储罐底板的腐蚀状况安全评估过程。
In order to fully understand the limiting factors of the magnetic flux leakage inspection technique, impact factors for the reliability of magnetic flux leakage testing of atmospheric tank floor were studied. The results show that the magnetic flux leakage inspection technique is better than other techniques in the aspects of reliability and rapidity, the magnetic flux leakage inspection technique is still a highly effective, high precision inspection method for floor corrosion, and gradually applied into safety assessment process for corrosion of the vertical atmospheric tank floor.
