摘要 随钻测井仪器在钻井过程中受到多种交变载荷共同作用,用传统强度校核方法难以计算仪器舱体的强度。以某型随钻测井仪为例,介绍了基于有限元的仪器舱体强度校核方法。该方法通过分析载荷特性和约束情况,利用有限元数值模拟方法建立仪器舱体受力模型,分析应力分布情况。分析结果表明:该仪器舱体最大应力小于材料的屈服强度,满足钻井工况要求,为该仪器舱体的结构设计提供了理论依据。 In the process of drilling, the logging-while-drilling tool is under the interaction of muhipie alternating load, the traditional method is difficult to calculate the strength whether the in strument cabin strength meets the drilling condition demand or not. In order to solve this prob lem,an instrument cabin is taken as an example to introduce a kind of instrument cabin strength method based on finite element analysis. The method, based on the analysis of the instrument cabin load characteristics and constrained conditions,using the finite element numerical simulation technology to build the instrument cabin stress model,analyzes the stress distribution of the instrument cabin. The analysis results show that the instrument cabin maximum stress is less than the yield strength of the material and the instrument cabin structure can satisfy the drilling requirements. The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for the instrument cabin structural design.
