摘要
与政府原有的公共服务模式不同,政务微博对公共服务模式的创新体现在:重视新媒体渠道、建设新媒体平台;创新政府公共服务范围、扩大政府公共服务功能;提升政府公共服务能力。政务微博要想在未来取得长足发展,应提高政府机关的整体媒介素养,实现从主体变革到观念变革。对于政务微博的管理,要实现政府权力下授至"沟通第一线",要深化创新、整合服务,要加强政务微博绩效评估与监督。
Different from the traditional mode of government public service,the government microblog is an innovation. This new mode of public service values new media channels,sets up platforms of the new media,innovates the range and expands the functions of government public service,and as a result enhances the government abilities in the provision of public service. If the government microblog expects a substantial development in the future,the government should enhance its overall media literacy and implement a change from its operations to its concepts of service. The management of the government microblog requires the governmental power granted to the'communication frontline',innovation deepened,services integrated,and performance evaluated and supervised.
