以Ni基合金为例 ,探讨了金属渗铝的形成机制 ,认为渗铝过程由四个步骤组成 ,主要受固态扩散控制 ,影响扩散速度的决定因素是渗铝温度 ,其次是渗铝时间 ,另外 。
Study is made on the formation of me chanism of Ni based alloy aluminization,whichisthonght to be made up of four steps to be controlled mostly by solid Phase diffusion.The diffusion speed is mainly depended on the aluminization temperature,then aluminization time.In addition,different aluminization temperature will result in different generation speed of phases with different activitation energy.
