摘要
介绍了板料成形动态显式有限元模拟的基本理论 ,讨论了成形模拟中接触摩擦算法 ,起皱、破裂的判断及回弹模拟等关键技术。最后 ,通过介绍NUMISHEET’ 99三组标准考题及主要模拟研究结果 ,讨论了有限元模拟技术在板料成形中的应用。
This paper introduces the basic theory on dynamic explicit finite element method and expounds several critical techniques such as contact and friction algorithms,simulation or determination methods on wrinkling and cracking,simulation algorithms on springback etc.Finally,by introducing three groups of benchmarks and the simulation results of participants in NUMISHEET’99,this paper presents the application of finite element simulation technology in the field of sheet metal forming.
