摘要
本文采用热力模拟、微观模拟和计算机数值模拟相结合的模拟技术,根据变形条件、热力参数与成形精度和组织结构的相关性原理,以护环、曲轴大锻件为例,进行了热成形可控性的研究。
According to the related principle of forming precision and microstructure on the condition of deformation and thermodynamic parameters, hot forming process control of large forgings, such as retaining rings and crand - shafts, is investigated by means of computer simulation combined with thermodynamic and micro-simulation in this paper.
