有机阻燃剂在纤维发泡材料中的应用研究

摘要 利用正交实验法,用尿素、甲醛、磷酸和双氰胺等药品制备有机阻燃剂(UDFP),再用其处理过的纤维浆制成发泡材料,烘干之后进行氧指数测定,确定有机阻燃剂在纤维发泡材料中应用的最佳工艺配方,并进行稳定性实验来验证实验结果的准确性。结果表明:最佳工艺配方为尿素/甲醛为1/1.35 mol;双氰胺用量1 mol;磷酸用量3 mol;UDFP/绝干纤维为12%。影响发泡材料的4个主要因素中尿素/甲醛影响最显著,UDFP/绝干纤维的影响次之,磷酸用量的影响再次之,而双氰胺用量的影响最弱。 The purpose of this study is to change flammable materials into flammable or flame retardant material through certain processing. By using urea, formaldehyde, phosphoric acid and dicyandiamide, organic flame retardant is prepared, and then the treated pulp fiber material is used to make foam, after drying it is determined for oxygen index. The optimum formulation is determined for the application of organic lure retaidnat in fiber foam material. The accuracy of the experimental results are verified using the stable experiment.. The results show that the optimum formula for the urea / formaldehyde is 1/1.35 mol; dicyandiamide used is lmol; phosphate used is 3 mol; UDFP / absolutely dry fiber is 12%. Four main factor impacting foam material is that the ratiao of urea/formaldehyde is most significant, the ratio of UDFP/absolutely dry fibers is the second, while phosphate is third, and dicyandiamide is the weakest.
