摘要
采用二段逆流浸出—沉钒—氨溶重结晶—再提纯的工艺流程从废旧催化剂中综合回收有价金属钨、钼、钒。结果表明,控制浸出温度70℃,时间3.5h,碳酸钠浓度350g/L,液固比3∶1,钨、钼、钒浸出率均在95%以上,综合回收率可以达到90%以上。
Tungsten, molybdenum, and vanadium were comprehensively recovered from waste catalyst with a series of processes including two-stage countercurrent leaching, vanadium precipitation, recrystallization after ammonia dissolving, and purification. The results show that leaching rate of W, Mo, V is all 95% above, and comprehensive recovery is over 90% under the optimum conditions including leaching temperature of 70 ℃, leaching time of 3.5 h, sodium carbonate concentration of 350 g/L, and ratio of liquid to solid of 3 : 1.
