静脉尿路造影致造影剂肾病的危险因素与预防

摘要 静脉尿路造影（intravenous pyelography,IVP）是通过静脉注射造影剂使肾、输尿管和膀胱显影而达到诊断目的的一种检查方式,是泌尿外科、妇科等常用的检查方法。特别是对于泌尿系统结石和泌尿系统排泄功能有着权威的诊断目的。造影剂肾病（contrast associated nephropathy,CAN）指由造影剂引起的肾功能急骤下降,已成为医院获得性肾功能衰竭的第三大病因。
