摘要
现行婚姻法课程设计与教学模式存在理念陈旧、教学形式单一,理论与实践脱节等问题。应转变教学理念,明确学生的主体地位,以多样化的案例教学法同传统的理论讲授法相结合的原则对婚姻法的教学模式进行改革。
There exist issues of the outmoded conception,the single teaching form,and the separation between theory and practice in the curriculum design and teaching mode reform of the course Marriage Law.And it is necessary to make reform,by transforming the teaching conception and defining the subject status for students,to the teaching mode of the course under the principle of the combination of the diversified case teaching method with the traditional and theoretical teaching method.
