摘要
企业网络本身是一种重要的资产,对企业维持竞争优势非常关键。本文以连锁董事形成的企业网络为基础,采用社会网络分析方法,结合企业网络位置特征发生作用的背景,研究了企业网络位置四种结构特征、战略导向和企业绩效的关系。实证研究结果发现,中心性和结构洞显著正向影响企业绩效;战略导向与中心度和结构洞的交互项显著正向影响企业绩效。本文研究结论增进了我们对企业网络与企业绩效关系的了解,也为实践中构建与企业战略相匹配的网络结构提供了参考依据。
Enterprise network is an asset of great importance, which is vital to sustainable competitive advantage. The paper explored the relationships among network structure characteristics, strategy orientation and organizational performance based on interlocking directorates by employing the methodology of social network analysis The empirical results indicated that centrality and structural holes have positive effects on firm performance; the interaction of strategic orientation and centrality and the interaction of strategic orientation and structural holes have positive effects on firm performance respectively. The conclusions extend the past understandings on relationship between enterprise network and firm performance, meanwhile, provide reference to build and organize strategic fit in practice.
