腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗中心型肾肿瘤10例体会 被引量：3

摘要 选择2010年1月～2012年1月入住我院接受腹腔镜下肾部分切除术的中心型肾肿瘤患者10例,患者经B超、CT检查确诊为中心型肾肿瘤。所有患者均行腹腔镜下肾部分切除术。结果10例患者手术均圆满成功,3例患者经腹腔途径,7例患者经后腹腔途径,无1例中途转为开放式手术,无1例肾切除,30d即可参与轻体力劳动,随访0.5～1年,实验室及B超检查无1例肿瘤复发现象。腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗中心型肾肿瘤近期疗效显著,具有较强的可行性。
