摘要 目的针对乳前牙反,对比"复合树脂唇切面斜导板法"与"上颌垫式矫治器"的疗效及复发率。方法选择乳前牙反患儿46例,实验组23例用"复合树脂唇切面斜导板"矫治,对照组23例用"上颌牙合垫式矫治器"进行矫治,分析了两个组不同时间点达到矫治人数的构成比,和两组的复发率。结果实验组和对照组的复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组和对照组的不同时间点达到矫治人数的构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复合树脂唇切面斜导板法在乳前牙反矫治上疗效肯定,并且操作简便,费用低廉,适合基层医院推广应用。 Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of anterior crossbite treated by composite resin lip section inclined guide and maxillary occlusal splint appliance. Methods 46 children with anterior crossbite were selected. 23 cases in the experimental group were corrected by composite resin lip section inclined guide and 23 cases in the control group were corrected by maxillary occlusal splint appliance. The constituent ratio of children whose anterior crossbite was corrected at different time points and the reoccurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in the reoccurrence rate between the experimental group and the control group (P :〉 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the constituent ratio of children whose anterior crossbite was corrected at different time points between the experimental group and the control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Composite resin lip section inclined guide has obvious efficacy for correction of anterior crossbite with easy operation and low cost, which is suitable for application and promotion in grassroots hospitals.
