胎儿气管与支气管的超声应用进展 被引量：2

Progress of ultrasonic application in fetal trachea and bronchus

摘要 临床上胎儿气管与支气管病变较少见，但发病后大多病情凶险，胎儿存活率很低。目前产前常规超声检查规范尚未涉及气管与支气管，对正常胎儿这一区域的超声形态了解较少，偶尔发现病变多是依赖间接超声征象，故病变检出率低，检出时间较晚，存在一定的漏诊率。现对胎儿气管与支气管的解剖特征、先天性病变及超声研究进展进行综述。
