64层螺旋CT血管成像技术对肺动脉栓塞的诊断及临床应用价值 被引量:23

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像技术对肺动脉栓塞(PE)的诊断价值。方法分析90例临床拟诊肺动脉栓塞患者的64层螺旋CT肺动脉血管成像检查,采用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、容积再现(VR)及仿真内窥镜(VE)等后处理技术,分析相关CT资料。结果 90例患者中45例确诊肺动脉栓塞,共检出271处栓子,其中肺动脉干0处,两侧肺动脉主干7处,肺叶动脉86处,肺段动脉155处,亚段肺动脉23处。结论 64层螺旋CT血管成像对PE的诊断准确、可靠,是无创性快速诊断PE的首选方法,对肺动脉栓塞的诊断有明显的技术优势。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of 64 slice spiral computer tomography pulmonary angiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism(PE). Methods 90 suspected pulmonary embolism(PE) patients were performed 64 slice spiral CT pulmonary artery angioaphy,the results of CTPA were analyzed.Maximum intensity projection(MIP),multiplanar reformation(MPR),curved planar reformation(CPR),volume rendering(VR) and virtual endoscopy(VE) were applied. Results Among 45 cases of 90,271 pulmonary emboli were displayed.There were 7 central PE;86 lobar PE; 155 segment PE;23 peripheral PE. Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography is a fast, accurate and non-invasive diagnostic method for PE, it may be the chief diagnostic method as it have obvious technique advantage in the diagnosis of PE.
